Basically look to BACK / LAY 0-0 for £50, then LAY Rooney (4) or Messi (2.64) in the TO SCORE market to lock in the profit.

LAY 0-0 @ BF with £39.27 @ 9.6 (£337.72 to cover)

LAY MESSI (To Score) with £15.44 @ 2.64 (£25.32 to cover)

Outcomes:

0-0 – Lose £12.70 on correct score / Win £14.66 on MESSI = £1.96

Not 0-0 / MESSI doesn’t score – Lose £12.70 on correct score / Win £14.66 on MESSI = £1.96

Not 0-0 / MESSI does score – Lose £12.70 on correct score / Lose £25.32 on MESSI = -£38.02

With a free £50 to come from VC. If we assume the value to be 80% as it is a Stake Not Returned offer then that is £40 so a £1.98 profit

The bonus would be that Rooney scores and Messi doesn’t as you would get the free bet refund and the profit. So maybe if the odds improve could look at switching the bet around if you think Messi has more chance of scoring.
