William Hill, which is the official betting partner of the FA, will hand out 200,000 bet certificates worth £5 and at odds of 1,000-1 to parents as it seeks to take advantage of the hype ahead of Euro 2012.
To qualify for the free bet, customers have to place a £10 football bet in-shop or online and then visit www.williamhill.com/playforengland to customise their free £5 bet certificate.
Certificate entitles customer to £5000 (equivalent to a £5 bet at odds of 1000/1) if the named person on the certificate plays for the England Men’s/Women’s senior football team. 2.One certificate per named person and betting transaction.3.Only one certificate claim per child.4.Certificate cannot be exchanged for cash. 5.Offer not valid for phone betting. 6.Named person cannot be signed with or have played for any professional or associated academy football club at the time the certificate is requested.
