It seems that Mr William Hill is on a mission. A mission to give us as many risk free opportunities as we can shake a rather large stick at. OK these are not free sports bets as we saw last year but they are risk free offers on the casino / games and bingo areas of their site. Hi – not sure if I’m being dense but when I looked at last weeks offer I couldn’t find it on the homepage; similarly this week I can’t see it despite the statement ‘on the homepage so open to all’. Am I missing the link for that somewhere – I’m nervous about doing the necessary without finding the info on their website directly!

I think you made a mistake Darren: regarding the risk free £10 at the Live Casino this weekend (offer valid until 23:59:59 hrs (UK) Sunday 13 November 2011). If you read the T&Cs it states that its “only includes customers who have clicked the Claim Now button on this promotion page”. Hence its open to all WH customers, not just those invited by a message in their inbox

To be honest the best advice is to email / livechat them to make sure you are ok to do the promo if you don’t get it in your inbox or it is on the homepage before you play. William Hill are very good and generally the offers that are open to you will appear on the hompage and/or you inbox so these are the only ones I play.

your 50p on 10 numbers would have left you 5£ down if it had lost. Each bet has to be at least 1£.

The minimum refund is a £1 based on overall losses incurred less your winnings up to £5. Just means if you have net losses under £1 you won’t get them back but between £1-£5 is fine regardless of the stake size.
