I’m having great difficulties with this.

After receiving the opening £25, I was told three different things about when 7 days worth of betting started and finished.

Eventually I got my £50 bonus, now i’m in the 2nd week and looking at the another bonus of £50, and lo and behold after successfully placing 4 x £50 bets, now every market I try and place a bet on, it comes up with a message saying the market is limited to £1.

Looks like they’re trying to stop me from getting any more bonus!

    Scammers!!

that was my experience with their previous £100 promotion. It is really annoying. Why offer a promotion then prevent punters from getting it. After all they are bookies who should accept bets at odds stated – in all probability they will end up in profit as odds on their side. it shouldn’t matter to them that u are matching

I have had the same problem after claiming my 1st bet now I cannot bet more than £3 per game, I have £285 in my account and I don’t know how I can get it out.

They did the same with me, it was fine getting the 1st freebet, the 2nd one I had to bet out in over 7 amounts as they would not let me bet more than £4 per game, one was a bet of 86p! I emailed 3 times but they don’t reply at all. Live chat just say they are allowed to restrict how much you can bet per game.

I would steer well clear of them in future.
