Plus you will get free access to our new Private Facebook Page, exclusively for all Oddsmatcher Pro users, where we have an ever growing community of like minded players and traders all helping each other make even more profits. We have some exclusive member only offers as well as hints, tips, trades and much, much more and all free for Pro users.

It is the perfect place to ensure you maximise offers like the ones above.

Blimey when you are done with this lot you will have probably covered a lifetime of subs to the software anyway!

Just thought I would share my experiences with this company.

I joined up and deposited £100. The default currency is the $ (not quite so UK after all!!), so you need to go into the cashier and change your preferred currency to sterling. Otherwise your bets will be placed in $ and your bonuses will be too, meaning you get four x $25 free bets instead of £25, which means you lose about one third of the value.

So my four qualifying bets were settled, and I was given three free bets. When I queried the missing fourth bet, I was told to allow 72 hours from settlement of the original bet.

I did this and still nothing. The following morning, some 80 hours later, I emailed support. I received a fairly prompt reply to be fair, but one telling me that we had not passed the 72hour mark yet, and that I must wait!!! I duly pointed out that we had, and received a reply 24 hours later telling me that I was right, and that they would ensure the free bet was credited – within 24 hours (grrr).

I received the free bet around 23 hours later, and traded it out last night on the scousers’ late summer holiday to France.

I then went to withdraw my balance only to receive a message telling me that a security restriction meant that I was not allowed to withdraw from my account within 72 hours of making a deposit. In reality, I had made my one and only deposit around a week previously. I then realised what had happened. They had credited my free bet as a balance credit rather than a free bet. So I emailed support again!!

I received, again, a fairly prompt reply from them, telling me they would apply
a one-time exception to my account so that i may submit my request to either cash out or transfer funds.

I was also told I should understand that this was an exception, and that they would not be able to override this security feature in the future!!!!! Incredible!!

So I’ve placed my withdrawal request for £222, and have received confirmation of the following:
    – My original deposit of £100 will be automatically credited back. This will take apparently between 7 and 10 BUSINESS days…….REALLY?!!?
    – The extra £122 will have to be processed manually, which will take an extra 72 hrs over and above the 7 to 10 business days!

The point of this post is two-fold. Firstly a bit of therapy to help me get it all off my chest, and secondly to ensure that anyone signing up to this offer does so with their eyes wide open.

    Be lucky!

Sorry to hear about your woes there pal, honestly the first negative comment / message I have seen regarding PokerStars. They have been like a breath of fresh air when it comes to offers & customer service over the last few weeks.
