    Darren ,
Billy is partner friendly but isn’t the BOGOF offers they give only one free bet per household /address ?

    One free bet per cust/acc/house.
Is this per day or event?
I.e today bogof on 3x CL games. Liverpool, Arsenal and Rangers can you only do one of the 3 match’s or one bet in each?

  4. Darren Hall on Wed, 16th Sep 2009 12:38 pm

    ‘Morning everybody ,

Tonight’s Billy BOGOF offer is on the under / over 2 goals and exactly 2 goals Man United v Wolves . Anyone know how to match the bet up on the exchanges please ?

  8. Darren Hall on Wed, 23rd Sep 2009 10:39 am

The best market to use would be BACK Over 2 at Will Hill and LAY Over 2.5 goals on Betfair, currently 1.53 / 1.7 so will cost £4.76 to do but the price is on the way down on Betfair so might be worth waiting.

Not as a regular offer like these boys do, but any that we find will be up on the site.

  12. sam on Thu, 24th Sep 2009 9:00 pm

Do you lay off the free bet with B/F or do you just take a punt ?

  13. tommy on Fri, 25th Sep 2009 3:57 pm

hi darren, how do we work the latest free bet with the rugby league match?? (first try scorer)

  14. Darren Hall on Fri, 25th Sep 2009 6:04 pm

Sam, always lay the free bet off to lock in a profit.

Tommy, however in this case could just be a punt on the first try scorer as no market on Betfair to lay it!

have u noticed William Hill seem to be changing their BOGOF offers. on the football they r not just asking for straightforward match result bets as qualifiers but total goals and now HT result on fulham v arsenal which mean the hit u take to gain the free bet is much worse as the odds tend to be farther apart when LAYING so not worth laying off the free bet when acquired. they also seem to be picking markets where u can’t lay off in bair like the Formula 1 and rugby league

  16. Mark on Sun, 27th Sep 2009 4:26 pm

Jeff, I noticed that too. Betfair market has larger gaps between the back and lay prices on the more obscure markets, making the free bet almost worthless when you lay that off too.
Hopefully punters will stear clear of these weird ones and William Hill will go back to regular match odds BOGOF soon.

    Hi Darren,

i see the latest offering from Billy Hill is another obscure market to qualify for the fee bet, this time “total bookings”.
can this be laid off on the “bookings odds” market on betfair or is the point allocation wrong for this?

    thanks,
    May.

No BOGOF offers yesterday , no BOGOF offers today . Never been known when Champions League matches are being played . Could it be that Billy’s are reviewing their recent offers re Total corners , bookings and half time goals which were terrible or are they gone for good ? Lets hope they get back to match results only .

    Peter,

i think they are on to us, perhaps they have stumbled across this site and are teaching us a lesson for now!
like you i hope to see them back soon!!

Much as I would like to think bet72 was THAT popular, it is just a re-evalution of the offers on their part. the original BOGOFs were very generous and I guess now they are looking at them again. Plenty of risk free cash to be had elsewhere.

just when i felt like giving up on william hill they have come up trumps with 2 great weekend offers – £40 of free bets 2 weekends ago and £30 plus £10 this weekend, all on horse racing to qualify which is good cos you can get very similar back and lay odds on the same horse so low qualification loss. lets hope this is a regular weekend feature
