Well I´ve just registered with ACbet & deposited 50 pounds & emailed them & asked for my matched bonus but lo & behold they´ve said I can´t have it because I have the cheek to live in Spain!! And it isn´t on their list of exempt countries.
I have now emailed them 3 times & asked for my money to be retuned to my Moneybookers account but guess what ? No reply.
Thoroughly disgusted.

Hi darren,I finally got an email from them saying I can have my fifty quid back so I´ve withdrawn it back to Moneybookers but there´s no sign of it yet mate.Always takes longer to get it back.It´s getting more & more difficult here in Spain to bet with Bookmakers & I hear the Spanish are looking at Betfair but I wish ACbet had put Spain on their list & save all this hassle.

Great offer from AC Bet. Deposited my £50 last night then emailed AC. Instant reply to say they were being overwhelmed and that the free £50 would be credited within 24 hours. Got it in time to use on Spurs v Newcastle.

Opened the account and was told that they were overwhelmed with people claimimg the offer but they should get round to crediting my bonus within 24 hours!
Having deposited 50 pounds on Friday evening I naturally needed to use the deposit to have a bet on the Saturday football.
I note they haven’t credited me with the bonus probably because I was stupid enough to place a bet with my deposit! They did not have the courtesy to inform me I was not entitled to it.
Absolute rubbish and will never use them again.
Bet72 is still a great site though!

I signed up and deposited £50. I was told that they were “experiencing high volume of incoming customer requests” and that the bonus would be credited with 48 hours. I wagered the £50 on their site and waited. 72 hours later , still nothing. So i emailed them and asked about the bonus. They sent this reply – “You are no longer entitled for the bonus since you already wagered before you even receive the bonus.” What the hell – how are you supposed to qualify for a bonus if you don’t deposit and wager. What a bunch of conmen – talk about persuading people to part with money under false pretences. Very dissapointed.
